Beautiful boy doll with red hair,  black velvet pants & jacket and plaid hat.
This doll has a stamp under the back hair WP

The left eye eyelash has separated from the eye.  One picture shows it hanging from his eye
(I was afraid to glue it back on, but it looks like that is all it would take to repair)
I could not find the name of the doll, designer or any other information
The doll was purchased as a gift for my German mother in law.  We called him little Mikey as he had the same red hair my husband had in Germany as a boy.
