VTG Creamer Milk Can Steel W/ Lid CATMAC Dairy

This is a vintage creamer milk can marked CATMAC.
Black paint over silver metal.
Little surface rust.
Lid is stuck on, but looks like it should come off?
Height is 20 3/4".
Bottom diameter is 10 3/8".
Super THICK steel, 1/4" thick!
Solid!
