Vtg Ceramic Creamer With Water Lilies/Mountain/Palm Tree

For sale is what I believe to be a vintage ceramic creamer.
It has a wonderful scene of water lilies, pond, a mountain range, and palm plants.
There is a rose on the back and looks like the word orville.
Unable to read the bottom stamp mark.
Measures: 5" long, 2.5" tall with 2 3/4" base
The item is located in a smoke free, pet friendly home.
