Vintage  pre-owned used Moo-Cow Creamer. It's made of hard plastic. Handle is in the back of the creamer. The head comes off to fill the creamer and the head snaps back on. The head fits tight. Made by the Whirley Industries, Inc. Warren PA. USA. It's in great vintage condition.   The paint is in really nice condition. No chips, cracks or scratches. Measures: 6.5" x 3.5" deep x 4" wide (at the horns).
Comes from a smoke free home.
