Clarke Floor Edger sander was used by me for the last 16 years approx. 5-6 jobs per year.
Never any problems. Retiring is reason for sale.
Sent out and had the sander professionally restored. Bearings checked, armature checked and cleaned, brushes checked, bearing runout checked. Electrical inspected and upgraded. Gears (x2) inspected and new grease in gearbox. Vapor Honed/ Hydro Blasted aluminum castings. Professionally polished all cast aluminum castings.
This unit is 5" diameter and gets into places my other 7" sanders cant get to. I used this more than my other sanders because of the size.
LED light upgrade.
New grips,
New power cord
New Hubbell mini twist-lock power connection.
