The people whom I obtained this were clearing out and selling their grandfathers many signs from his bars, homes, storage units!  They told me this was Brand New and never displayed!  They believe the letters to use for the menu board are behind display area!
NOTE:  The pull cord has been pulled out!  As when they had this up for sale someone pulled the cord out!  This item 100% is Guaranteed to Work!  I am selling it as is however Guarantee that it Works!
