    Item is free from defects unless stated in description.  I use the following descriptions:
    MINT NEVER HINGED (MNH):  Never hinged Post Office fresh
    MINT LIGHTLY HINGED (MLH):  Hinge mark but no hinge remnants
    MINT HINGED (MH):  Hinged with hinge remnants
    MINT NO GUM (MNG) mint stamp with gum removed
    USED  Postally used unless noted otherwise.
