My minimum shipping fee is .50 for a first class package. This allows me to send out all items in the USA with a delivery confirmation. I do not charge additional shipping fees for additional purchases if sent together to a USA site. My minimum fee to a foreign country is .75. This is for a #10 envelope and less than 2 oz. Larger envelopes or more than 2 oz require higher fees. If registration is wanted, it is an additional .00. Usually more than one lot can be mailed with the minimum fee. I am not responsible for custom fees or delays, which can be considerable in some countries. I have been a member of the American Philatelic Society since 1977 I try to send out the stamps as described. If I missed something, please let me know..
Ebay standard envelope has now been made available to sellers of collectors stamps.  It has many restriction, so it may not be available for all sales, expecially if it is a large item.  The envelope must be no larger than a first class letter (6.125 x 11.5), weigh no more than 3 ounces.  To cover my costs I charge .25.  this is quite a bit less than a 1st class package.
