hese cyclones are approximately 37 inches tall, 16 inches in diameter, 4 inch
inlet on the side, 6 inch outlet on top and a 6 inch discharge on bottom with a flange and 8 holes for mounting. This cyclone can be used with dust collectors in the 650 cfm to over 1900 cfm. With the 4 inch inlet this cyclone will give you high velocities at long distances. If you would like to build a tower with your dust collector fan motor you should make sure the incoming air to the cyclone is moving in the same direction as the outgoing air from your fan motor. The easy way to remember this is that the cyclone inlet should be on the opposite site as the fan motor discharge. If you just use the cyclone with a dust collector and hose connection it doesn't matter which side the cyclone inlet is located because with a longer hose run the air has straightened out. This cyclone is available in G90 galvanized and 304 stainless. It is also available in left and right hand inlet.
